Storm work.
Start to finish.

Five things, done extremely well, for one county. From the 2 a.m. tarp to the final inspection photo, the same crew owns your roof until the water stays out.

Hillsborough County · 24/7

We don't do gutters, pavers, or pressure washing. We do roofs in storm country — and nothing else.

01

Emergency tarping

Rated tarp fastened over the breach — not a weighted blanket that lifts on the next gust. Holds through 40 mph sustained wind and buys you the 3 to 8 weeks a carrier decision can take.

  • Batten-fastened and shrink-wrapped, photographed for your claim
  • Interior catch containment where the ceiling is holding water
  • Moisture read on the attic decking before we leave

02

Storm damage repair

Wind-lifted shingle fields, punctured decking from oak limbs, ridge cap blown off along the Gulf-facing slope. We repair the failure and the underlayment beneath it — not just the visible course.

  • Slope-by-slope damage sheet with dated, geotagged photos
  • Decking and underlayment repaired to current Florida code
  • Repairs warrantied in writing

03

Shingle replacement

Full tear-off, new synthetic underlayment, sealed valleys, and GAF architectural shingles rated to 130 mph. A typical Tampa single-story runs 2 to 3 days, start to dry-in.

  • GAF factory-certified installation, manufacturer-backed warranty
  • One crew, one foreman, tear-off to final inspection
  • Hillsborough County permit pulled and closed by us

Roof inspections

A 45-minute walk of every slope, attic check for staining and daylight, plus a photo report you can hand to a carrier or a buyer. Free after a named storm; $0 for existing customers.

  • 19-point checklist, every point photographed
  • Written condition report within 24 hours
  • Insurance- and closing-ready formatting

05

Insurance claim documentation

We photograph, measure, and write the scope the way Florida adjusters read it — then meet the adjuster on your roof. Homeowners who have us at that meeting see fewer partial denials.

  • 40 to 60 dated, geotagged photos per claim file
  • Line-item scope in carrier-accepted format
  • Adjuster meeting attended, on your roof, every time

GAF

Factory-certified installers, manufacturer-backed shingle warranties, licensed & insured in Florida. Fewer than 10% of roofing companies qualify for GAF certification — it's the difference between a warranty backed by a manufacturer and a promise backed by a truck.

Straight answers

Asked on every job.

Does insurance cover emergency tarping?

Almost always — carriers require you to prevent further damage, and temporary repairs like tarping are reimbursable. We photograph everything and hand you the documentation.

What does the emergency visit cost?

Tarping runs flat-rate and we quote it on the phone before the truck rolls. No after-hours surcharge, ever.

How fast can you really get here?

Our tracked county-wide average is 90 minutes from call to crew on the ladder. During named storms we stage extra trucks in Brandon and Carrollwood.

Do you handle the permit?

Yes — we pull and close the Hillsborough County permit on every replacement, and the final inspection happens before we consider the job done.

Pick the roof, not the fight.
